When the invoice for the current month has been created, the total debt displayed on My Pages will consist of both the remaining principal, and the current months interest and fees. When the invoice has been paid in full, the displayed debt will only consist of the remaining principal balance with the amortization amount deducted.
Example:
You lend 100 000 kr with a monthly payment of 2 225 kr, 1 000 of which is interest and 1 225 is amortization for the current month. When the invoice is created, the debt shown on My Pages will be 100 000 kr + 1 000 kr = 101 000 kr. When the invoice has been paid, the interest and amortization will be deducted from the displayed debt. Meaning 101 000 kr - 1 000 kr (interest) - 1 225 kr (amortization) = 98 775 kr.
