When signing the contract for your loan, a loan insurance is automatically added. The loan insurance is free of charge for the first three months of your duration. After the first three months, the cost for the insurance is corresponding to 8,75% of the monthly cost for the loan itself. The cost of the insurance is then added to your direct debit payment and withdrawn as one single transaction together with your monthly payment. The actual cost is of course also specified in your invoice.
