When you sign a loan contract with Avida, a loan insurance is automatically added to your loan. The insurance could reimburse your monthly cost for the loan itself in the event of sick leave or involuntary unemployment . In the case of death the insurance could also cover your full outstanding debt.
The insurance is free of charge for the first three months, after that the insurance premium equates to 8,75% of your monthly payment for the loan itself. If you don't want the insurance you can cancel it at any time during the free period, or thereafter. If you don't cancel the insurance before the end of the free period, you will be charged on your next invoice.
