Swedish customer:
The due date is on the 25th of every month (Swedish customer). If the 25th is on a bank holiday or during a weekend, the charge will take place on the previous banking day. If your connected account doesn't have coverage on the due date an additional three charging attempts will be made.
The charging attempts are as follows:
Attempt 1: 25th
Attempt 2: 26th
Attempt 3: 27th
Attempt 4. 28th
When the invoice has been created you will find it on My Pages. By logging in with your BankID
Finnish customers:
The due date is on the 1st of every month (Finnish customers). If the 1st is on a bank holiday or during a weekend, the charge will take place on the previous banking day. If your connected account doesn't have coverage on the due date an additional three charging attempts will be made.

Attempt 2: 2nd

When the invoice has been created on the 15th of each month you will find it on My Pages.
Norwegian customers:
The due date is on the 20th of every month. The invoice is available on My Pages. After the 6th of every month.
